yup through a ref.
don't go through the hassle in bringing in a car that is not smog legal.
Ahh, its soo shweet that when I move to florida it only needs to valid the VIN # on the car and its registered.

You could always join the Military. I am a Hawaii resident living in Cali. Because I am not a Cali resident, My car only needs to pass Federal Somg.

Man all that SMOG testing must suck. I live in Louisiana and we dont have ANY type of emissions testing here. Hell you hardly have to get an inspection sticker, and catless car run around like nothing is wrong.
