PA WTB: 1990-1992 240sx Hatchback Car/Shell/Chassis

I am looking for a pretty clean 1990, '91, or '92 240sx Hatch.
Automatic or manual makes no difference.
Can have an engine and be a fully functioning project or can be a shell stripped of everything including the glass, I don't care. Just need a straight body.
I need/want one that is Black, White, or gray/dark silver/gunmetal in color. (but I could probably go for another color if the price is right).
There can be rust but I'd like it to be within reason. Got an SR20 that needs a nice home.

I am located close to Pittsburgh, PA. I will travel. And for the right car, a 4-8 hour drive isn't bad for me. I also have family in Florida so if you got a nice shell down there, that would be a huge bonus and I will have my father and/or brother scoop it up for me..
