Unhappy ka24de 3cyl idle, dumping raw fuel into cylinder 2. please help!!!

Hey guys so I bought a 91 180sx with a ka24de last night and when I was looking at it and helping the kid get it running before I bought it or would be misfiring/only running on 3cylinders, flooding cylinder 2, and dumping raw fuel out the exhaust. So we checked plugs they were fine. We checked plug wires they are also fine. So I moved to injectors. I went to an auto wrecker and grabbed an injector from a ka24de out of a early 90's Nissan. The injector looked a little different but I decided to put it in anyways. So I put it in and disconnected the battery to reset the ecu and bam it ran perfect again. So I drive to the gas station at put 50$ premium fuel in. And on the way home it was die and stall out when I engaged the clutch but I assume it was from the bad gas because by the time I got home it was perfect so I shut the car off. I come back out about 30 minutes later and start it and its doing the exact same thing it was before. Running on 3 cylinders, dumping raw fuel out the exhaust because cylinder 2 is being flooded with gas. I really don't know what else to try please help me out!! Could this be a ecu problem?
