my car die on me several times >_<

man, for some reasons my car die on me several times today. It happened recently and i have no idea what is going on with it. It runs fine but it reach to a point that the car start to choke while it's running. then the car die when it either stop or moving (i realized that the rpm is kinda lower than it used to be when it's running). I have to restart the car several times before it start running again. I searched and most people experienced this were driving a 5 spd but my car is auto. Anyways, does anyone know what is happening to my car? Because it happens more often and become dangerous for me or people on the street. any input will appreciate. thz for looking.

btw, my car is a 95' 240sx with stock ka and some mods like intake, header and exhaust. Also replaced the rotor, cap, plugs, oil filter and spark plug wires a while back. actually almost a year now if that matter.
