What in the hell is causing this problem!?

My friend's car just got back from the shop, its tuned and everything, fully built SR in a 96 s14, pushin 410hp at 17lbs (block built to withstand 32lbs)

his car wouldnt start today and it attempts to turn over but won't stay on, hes checked fuses, battery, fuel pump has only 400miles on it, hes been driving it on 11lbs because he has traction problems, however today it wont start and hes got no clue what it may be.

It has standalone, all that shit

Please post if you have any info/suggestions or know anyone that would be of help. Thanks

Did he check the fuel pressure?
check the fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, and if they're on the right way (fpr to return, and other line to the fuel filter).

Did you check for at least a spark? If you pull the plugs and they're dripping gas, you've got an ignition problem. Check the ignitor, and coilpacks. Check the timing while you're at it too.
