I am installing a t3/t4 turbo and need alittle help, there is a second hole next to the down pipe hole, I believe it was to be used for an internal wastegate if I chose to go that rought. I already have an external wastegate of my manifold. what should I do with this other hole?

if you are not going to use it just get the right downpipe plate for it. like this here CLICK! if you have a 5 bolt flange.
