FS: 1991 Civic Si EF, Dream Beater
Need to get around town while you wait for your Skyline to turn 25? Look no further than the world's greatest hatchback, the EF Civic Si. Has carbon hood so you can recreate Fast n Furious (at safe speeds, too!). This car is the original fun-to-drive civic and you can haul around all your stuff as well, but if you pick up a girl in this you will get laughed at...
I love this car (I even play period correct Ben Folds Five when I drive it, for the experience) but I really need a truck. I would be down to trade this plus a lot of cash on my end for a nice std cab truck. I'd also trade toward my next weekend/track car (S13 coupe, AE86 hatch, 510, S30 Z) but that's such a long shot that I don't even know why I'm writing this. For an even LONGER shot, I could also use a 2stroke 50cc race bike, shifty or variated (Reiju, Derbi GPR, Aprilia RS50, Kawasaki AR, Peugeot SPX, AV10 Motobecane, that kinda shit). Or around $1800 cash slightly negotiable if I like you. Year: 1991 Make: Honda Model: Civic Trim: Si Engine: D16A6 Transmission: 5-speed Color: Red Mileage: 182k Price: $1800 Location: Boston Phone #: PM ---------------- Mods: See below Rust: YES. Normal Honda rust on the quarters, rust underneath Mechanical Condition: A+, rebuild 10k mi ago Body/Interior Condition: See below Performance: Port/Polished head at rebuild, pulls like crazy at 5500 Carbon Image CF Hood Drilled front rotors Bilstein shocks with stock springs Misc Intake Front strut brace DC Sports header-back exhaust Interior: Pioneer deck w/ Pioneer speakers in back CR-X Mats Integra center console swap (cup holders! woohoo) Exterior: Integra Mesh wheels RUST. Yes, it has rust on the quarters, door sills, rear plate bracket, some underneath, some other spots. Passed NH inspection in May but it's not pretty PAINT. It was repainted the original color, but really badly, or by someone who didn't know what they were doing, the clear is peeling like a bad sunburn Also has hangers for fog lights that are no longer there (though the wiring is) All maintenance kept up with...recent oil change, burns NO oil, plug wires and plugs, rear brakes done, new battery, new grounding harness, etc. New clutch when engine was rebuilt around 10k mi ago. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I know that A/C was a factory option on the EF's but I have no idea how rare/not-rare it is. |
