Very nice. Did you get a polishing wheel from Sears or something? The compound too? I was thinking about picking some up but my engine is stock so.....

Simply...grind the aluminium with sandpaper. Start with rough and work out to mild, something like 800-1200 (I hope you also use these numbers to state roughness of the sandpaper). Then start polishing it with textile polishing disc and polishing paste. ))

Black240sx: It is not just you. The pipe is really different. On the first picture, there is the stock pipe made of steel with just welded adapter for BOV. On the second picture, there is a new custom aluminium pipe. The BOV is same on both pictures. ))

mjjstang: no wet sanding. Just dry sanding up to mild sandpaper and then polishing. ))

TheTimanator: This BOV is produced by company I cooperate with. )) Lets see this link for more info.

old_s13: Cau, the true is, that S13 is not so popular here. No one knows what sort of car is it. I think in CZ there are something like 50 S13´s. There is even more Ferraris than S13´s. ))

are all czech women pretty crazy? shes an opaire out here and all her czech friends are nuts, i love it. i am greek so i have no problem keeping up with them, but its just funny to see how different they act than these crap-headed los angelino americans. whats even more interesting is she loves when i drive fast, that makes no sense to me but im not complaining. what part of CZ are you from anyway?

Yeah most of czech girls are the way you wrote - crazy in a good meaning of this word. )) But there is also one well known group here - Stupid Blondes. Nice look, nothing inside the head. Bad. ((

I am from East of CZ - I live in Olomouc. )) And you?
