5 Speed mating question

I'm assuming that the 5 speeds over the years are different, but do I have to go with a certain year tranny for my '95? Thanks.

It's easiest to get an S14 transmission ('95-98), b/c it will have the correct sped sensor, etc...

But any year tranny, from '89 on, wil bolt up. But it won't have the proper sensors or even the hole for a sensor or 2...so I'd buy one from an S14.

Search on www.car-part.com , you'll find one for a good price...and (if they have one) try to talk them out of the core charge, it'll save you ~$50 and some time.
