a couple different questions

Im gonna try and keep these all in one thread so i dont waste so much space..
1991 coupe se with hud

1. new rotors and pads on front.. didnt touch back... cars stops ok... but it doesnt feel right.. the pedal is WAY to hard to rpess down and it feels like no power brakes basically ???

2. wierd electrical problems.
A. When car is on seatbelts work fine.. turn car off they dont move?

B. when car is on you can turn radio on and off and its fine.. turn car off turn car back on.. radio has reset all presets and all

C. turn car on clock has reset... drive about 4-5 minutes and door ajar light comes on and resets clock.. this happens every 4-9 minutes.. ive made it past 1:10 like twice ha,

Im sure that some of these are related but i dont know squat about electrical and not much more about mechanicla as of yet.. i can do basic take off and on things but not very good at diagnosing.. so just throw out some things for me to check and it will be greatly appreciated
