WHEN I GO ABOUT 40MPH AROUND A MODERATE TURN
[BASICALLY TO THE POINT BEFORE TIRE SQUEAL]

I GET A WIERD TICKING NOISE COMING FROM MY LEFT REAR
TIRE. I JUST GOT NEW TIRES AND THEY ARE INFLATED RIGHT.

PLEASE HELP

I don't know if this would apply, but in a FWD car,  that's a sign of your axles going out the door because of a torn CV boot.  I would check that out first, and lets pray it's not that because they're expensive.
