A friend of mine has a new to4e on order but has decided to scrap his project so he asked if i wanted to take it over. Currently I'm running a s15 t28 but I was wondering what advantages the to4e can provide over the t28 and the disadvantages ...

Specs on the to4e:

57 trim
A/R: .50 intake and .63 exhaust
also it has the option to bump up to .70 on the exhaust

Ideal Hp is in the 375/400 range with boost thru most of the range.

where can I expect to see full boost at .... 4000/4500 ???
