start by pulling the idle valve off and cleaning it. I'm sure the injectors have never been cleaned (do that if available local if not run a can of "cleaner" through them).

Thanks for the input. After doing some digging I found a vacuum line and the factory diverter valve weren't fully connected into the intake. It's better but not 100%. But my fuel pump died last week and I suspect weak pressure didn't help. Replacing the pump when it comes in and will cleaning the IACV and looking for more vacuum leaks.
