what if you use the SR flywheel w/ the SR clutch.

bolts up fine to the KA24DE block?

Don't believe so. IIRC, the bolt pattern from flywheel to crank is different.

yes because ka flywheel has 6 bolts and sr flywheel has 8 bolts.

I remember hearing something about getting KA or SR flywheel redrilled to work with KA so you could use SR clutch...Cant remember exactly what though...my memory is horrible..

i know a ka can use a z32 n/a clutch with a fly wheel from a 4 cyl d21 truck, so i bet a sr clutch would work, its just a matter of getting a flywheel re pinned for it....................

if a z32 and sr clutch are 240mm a ka is 225, well you get 15mm more friction surface, high hp ka's tend to trash clutchs fast. so by using a bigger one you get better reliability. im going with a z32 one in my ka-t when its done, got the d21 flywheel just gott send it out to get lightened.
