I'm running the Megans with a 17x7.5, +35 and they just BARELY cleared without modification. This is a wheel with 5.13" of backspacing. The stock Alloys are 15x6 +40 and have a 4.57" backspacing so I'm pretty sure they'd fit just fine. The less backspacing, the further from the strut the inside edge of the wheel gets.

I modified my coilovers where they mount to the spindle. I elongated the upper hole so I could get more gap between the wheel and coilovers, and also remove some of the negative camber. I wanted my front end to have 0 camber when the camber plate was set at 0. Out of the box, when the camber plate was on 0, I had quite a bit of negative camber, and I've still got wheel well gap.

They take a few days to wear in, but they're nice now. I was suprised to see just how high quality they appeard to be, they even came with new nuts for the upper strut mounts.

it means megan racing owners must adapt to what they buy.

Yes, you are going to need a +32 or smaller offset on a 17x9" wheel...

Problem is most guys go cheap and buy ADR wheels, etc that were designed for a front wheel drive car...

Nothing will fit with these, and customers get upset because they didn't do their homework...
