New O2 Wire

Ok, awhile back I put on a new O2 sensor and bought a universal one. I cut the OEM connector off the wiring harness (BIG mistake) and soldered it on. My question is, since I don't have the connector, can I get a new O12 wire at the jusnkyard and replace the one on the car? Where does this wire connect to? Is it simply taking apart the connector and replacing the wire? Does anyone have a spare harness that can look for me? I plan to go to the junkyard and get this OEM connector back. NEVER cut it. I kick myself everyday because of it.

Since the O2 sensor is a shielded ground wire, when I soldered it I grounded the power so it basically wasn't working. Caused it to run rich. The shop fixed it, but I still want the ability to unplug the O2 if I needed to.
