Bulbs are replaceable...
Part #'s
27545-50J00....short bulb...you'll need 3
27545-50J05...long bulb...you'll need 1

Taking apart the Heater / AC Control Panel only requires three small jewelry type screwdrivers and a pair of needle nose pliers....Easy to do...
