u think that will beat a stock s2000? this girl i kno has a friend that was sayin he will smoke me his car is too quick and im not worth his time.... got pretty pist and i know they have 200whp so yea theyre pretty quick, but who's quicker? any of you s13 owners ever beat a stock s2000? with my setup or less???

If it is a drag race, I say the s13 will win for sure. S2000s aren't good at drag launches because they have weak drivetrains. For those cars to get a decent launch they must launch at a ridiculously high RPM and its not easy to get a good launch with it.

the closest thing that ive come from racing an S2000 is i was at a stop light and he looked at me and revved his car, so i revved my sr20det and when he heard the BOV he never moved when the light turned green!

Do you think he was afraid?

in a drag race my friend with s13 with a redtop intake, 3 inch downpipe, hks hi power (like the 3.7 inch one) and killed my other friend with a stock s2000 by bus lengths

from a roll s2ks are no joke but like stated above you should have him from a dig...so i guess just race him a couple of times from a stop and a roll and youll win some and ull lose some...so no embarrassment (spl)

on stock boost it'll be close if he can drive. If you have a boost controller, forget it

the guy has to know how to drive too. do you have stock suspension? if you have a good set up and depending on who drives better i say you may still beat him.

you'll definitely smoke him on a drag, but you also definitely have a chance beating him on the touge as well.

Iono bout touge....weve touge with a s2000 before and that shiet was a champ!!! No body roll and stuck to the road like glue. Impressive for a STOCK suspension S2k.

i had the same set up on my sr but wit a apexi gt exhaust and a kaaz 2 way on stock boost..a good friend of mine had a stock s2k..well a spoon intake air duct and lightweight ssr type-c..we took it to the freeway...at 60mph bout 3000rpms dropped from 5th to 3rd..i didnt get a huge jump on his but at the end of 3rd shiftin into 4th...in 4th i was infront of him 1 car length but the speed limited killed me and he passed me..limiter hits like wat 112-115mph i think..ive ridden with him in the s2k and fuck that thing screams top end i look at the speedo we hit 144..s2'smake like 200whp and like 135 torque@6500

14lbs on t25.....

on the highway vs an s2k with exhaust (couldn't see anything else) i left it in 5th (75-80mph) he downshifted....... dead even until I started to pull......

s2k is fast.... but its still not as light as my s13, and is NA.

If you are talking about a drag race :ghey:, which takes almost no skill, then obviously more power to weight ratio will win...the S13. If you are talking about a real race, one which involves turning and breaking, then the better driver will win. It is hard to say in that situation.

forget street racing anyways.

all you have is a stock SR likely on stock boost, so i dont think you are going to win actually.

if you did exhaust and ran 10psi or more then you would walk...

S2000s aren't good at drag launches because they have weak drivetrains.
