Dyno results and questions

I got my car dynoed @ racetune in fremont. This was on a Dynapack(sp?)

Mods
Redtop SR

ACT Street/Strip Clutch
Aasco (sp?) aluminum flywheel
Tomei 2-way LSD

My boost controller always shows a drop in boost. Is this normal for you guys with a T-25? Does the turbo just run out of breath or is something else happening? Some ppl say actuator, but i dunno how to test it.

Anyways so i had the duty cycle set to 50% on the E-01 which makes about 13.5 psi when the turbo first spools up. By about 6-6.5K, right around the power peak it bleeds off to 10psi and makes 215hp. Also the A/f Ratio starts of nice when the turbo first spools 13.5:1, but by the power peak, it richens up to 10:1.

1-How much power do you think can be gained by leaning out to 13.5:1 across the whole powerband and sustaining 14psi across the whole powerband?

2-My ECU has a Mine's plaque on it, but it's running pretty rich. Do you guys think it's a real Mine's ECU?

3-Could the boost drop be making it run rich if the ECU is programmed to work best with 14psi?
