need 200 horses and does any one know what the 89 240sx tops out at

[IMG][B]i have a 1989 240sx sohc i need more horses what do i do to get mor horses do i mess with the cams or do sum internal i need 200 horses the cheap way and what does my 89 top out at i havent opened it up yet but i hope its over what the dash says it says 115 i know they have alot of torque but im looking to top out at 140 mph and where can i find a heads up display unit and are they universal for the 240sx and i need a new dash display that will show more that 115. please answer back. ohh and does it have a govener or aka a speed limiter and where is it and how do i remove it.
