Would it be possible to get one of these things going for Washington State as well? I've been pulled over 20 times in 3 years and I have no tickets because its all harassment due to the car I drive.

Sure its great in theory, but if these people wrote their congressmen instead of 'signing' and online petition, we'd be better off.
