Well, I took my 240 to the track tonight and drove it for the first time ever. Actually, it was my first time ever on a 1/4 mile track. I got in three runs but wasn't too impressed by any of them. I thought our cars ran faster...
Anyway, my first run was my best. It was 16.3 @ 85.022mph with a 1.306rt <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>! Then I ran a 16.638 @ 83.71 with a .937rt (my friend was in the car) and finally a 16.675 @ 84.4 with a 1.057rt.
I have 60k on the odo with an Injen intake. I had a lot of problems hooking up off the line. I guess this straight line stuff is harder than it looks. Do you guys have any tips on improving my et? There was a 95/96 s14 there with AFC and N1 Dual that ran a 16.1 but I think I can better it if I hook up.
What have you guys found?

On another note, I met drifting240racer and his g/f. We had a lot of fun. After the track we hit Jack in the box and had some food. Our girlfriends got free drinks and fries so that was cool. At any rate, I just wanted to post about our fun (kinda dissapointed in my times though) night at the track.
