HELP!! MAFS issues with my SR
Guys some how i messed up my mas yesterday. Typical signs, went today and got my KA mas and tossed it in, NO GO. I search on this forum and someone said the KA will work, i also asked on NWN and they agreed.
So....I am at the point where neither my SR nor my KA mafs wont work. All my wiring were soldered and taped. I have a ground aswell. It was working perfectly fine until i took a corner kinda hard. Is there a fuse that could be controling the masf? ANY help will be much appreciated as there are zero sr shops where i live....i'm on my own to find out whats wrong. |

only the SOHC KA Maf works you just need to match up the wires on the new plug to the wires on your harness

check wiring splice, just try again, on an sr u had to extend the wire to reach driver side, check that extension.
second thing is check by the loom split of the tps/maf, right at the valve cover bracket ive seen wires broken there cuz we all try and stretch the harness too much. dont forget maf need a filter, u cant run it without a filter.... goodluck |
