KA Manifold Bracing?

Ive got a stock S14 T28 on the way for my KAT project and came across this manifold (see link below). I know AceIntheHole made modifications that are similar or so I gather from his post, but the pictures don't load, so I was curious if the bracing on this manifold looks sufficient to increase the longevity of the manifold as it is of similar design to SSAC or Megan's. I am well aware of the opinions of the "you get what you pay for" camp, so for those of you who have been down this road any constructive input would be highly valued.

Manifold

Secure the downpipe to the transmission mount, that's the main thing you can do to solidify the manifold. You can add a flex section in also, the bracing isn't as necassary when everything else is done right.

When securing the downpipe to the tranny mount, does the bracket on the downpipe line up with the tranny mount or does this require fabrication of some sort of bracket. I am also planning on installing NISMO engine mounts as I currently have the tranny mount installed, this should help too right?

Some do, some don't. Depends on the downpipe and the turbo, my GTi-R is slightly larger so it was off a little. I just made a new bracket.

Thanks for the recommendations, I'm definetly going to look into to it when my downpipe arrives.

if you really want to prevent cracking in the future, you could Jet Hot the manifold
