hey I just have a couple ?'s about my car. its a 90 240.  I jus put on a new cd player and somehow I did something to a wire and now my seat belt won't retract if the key is not on or on acc and my clock won't work if I don't have the key on.  So far I have checked all the fuses and they are fine.  Any answers are welcomed.

did you check ALL the fuses?  I had a problem in mine where the dome light fuse went out, and the clock reset everytime I shut-off Seatbelts didn't retract, dome and dash lights were out..  all kinds of weirdness.  Make sure you check them ALL.

Yep, check the top right fuse, thats usually th one that controls that part.
