Hi.

I saw initial D for the first time about a week ago, and the motherfucker has my name. I have recieved comments in the past like "oh you like Initial D?" and i was confused.

My real name is not tak, but due to there being 4 diffrent david's in my close family, it is something that my friends and family have called me for a long time.

Now I see this anime drifting show, and relize that this is why I cannot register my name on some car forums, and this is why people give me strange looks.

My AIM screen name was made when i was about 14, and it is "tak is god" but i never changed it because of people I keep in irregular contact with may not be able to find me...

I guess it just pisses me off that I've owned a 240sx for 6 years now, since i could drive, and my name has been tak for 22, and now people are telling me that I am jumping on the bandwagon. Rawr.
