so i got one from the junkyard for 75. i believe its from a 96 altima. is that fine? also, do i need any wiring for it or is it straight plug and play?

You can use it. You should have searched. there was a write up somewhere, it escapes my mind, but ground the negatives, and run both wires to the fuse box. use the Fuel pump relay, and you should be good.
