Warning for CA drivers random smog checks this laborday

From what people have told me i hear this goes on all the time or just will be super busy because its labor day. Also what a waste of time, most cars post 1989 are very clean and basically clean the air as they move.

freaking cali.. we are lucky enough to not have to worry about natural disasters (just the ocassional earthquake here and there, but thats rare).. yet the government still wants us to struggle..

This should be in the Regional Section where it matters. The rest of the world that visits Zilvia.net probably doesn't give a damn about Smog Checks in Cali.
