how many miles are on your engine?? several people i know have done it to their cars (even a 80's transam) without any current incident. honestly, i won't touch that kind of stuff. there's no substitute for regularly inspecing vacuum lines and doing periodic oil changes that inherently do a better job than using those short cuts.

Seafoam Will Help Break Down Carbon Deposits In The Intake Tract, Combustion Chambers, And Vacuum Ports That Normal Maintenance Will Not.

It Should Be Fine On The Sr (there Is No Aluminum Corrosive Products In Seafoam) Just Remember Not To Drive The Car With The Oil Treatment In Place Because It Thins The Oil And Will Cause Problems. When You Do The Oil Treatment Let It Idle For 30mins Or So Then Drain The Oil Completely (use 1-2 Quarts Of Clean Oil To Help Drain It All Out) Then Fill Up With Fresh Quality Oil And Enjoy. Also Remember If Your Cleaning Your Fuel System Seafoam Decreases Octane So Use High Quality Gas And Be Calm On Your Car While Its Cycling Through Your System Or You May Experience Pinging.
