ok, this odd. my car is running pretty well, it just makes some funny noises that bother me. i think they are mostly taken care of. anyways, when i touch any of the wiring on the front of the block (the wiring gion to the injectors and one near that) the engine will stumble and die? why? and what do i need to do about this? thanks...

(edit)  one more thing, when i 1st start the car now, it immediately dies, unless i rev it to 3k once or twice, then its fine.  would this have anything to do w/ it?

Well, as far as the wiring goes, it sounds like there's some corrosion building up, and when you move it, the connection is broken. Either that, or you've got problems with the injectors.

thats a pretty common problem with 240s all the grounds are in that harness you can reground them by opening it up. thats what most of the senior techs at work have told me happens with them
