Anyone know the spring rates for H&R Race springs? I have an S14.

they will be too stiff for street use, don't even bother

I think it's H&R's policy not to tell anyone the spring rates of their springs. I called them and no amount of pleading would get it out of them. That was regarding sport springs, maybe it would be different if it were race springs.
