![]() Im running redline syn 75w-90 GL4 currently on a s14 sr20 transmisson but the shifting is rough! it wasnt rough when i barely put THAT oil in though.... today i went to the auto parts today and the guy suggested i run a bit thicker oil since the trans is older, so yea i bought some 80w-90 GL-4 generic oil, and i blended in a 1/4 of a qt into the existing redline oil and the shifting loosened up a bit..... so did i waste $$ on redline oil which is too thin??
