My car lately has been making a chirping noise, its like a bird chirp mixed with a lifter tick kinda sound. Its somewhat loud and really really annoying. Its there at idle and picks up speed when i rev, untill abour 3 or 35 when i can't hear it anymore.
I tried to track it down but it seems to be comming from everywhere lol, I can't find it. Just echoing through the engine bay.
Today i went out there and put some tension on the fan when the engine was running to see if i slowed the sound of stopped it, well the sound stopped and then the engine started knocking.. pretty loudly i might add. Shut it off, started it and reved a few times and then engine was ticking very loud and violent. Drove it around the block and now its back to the chirping
