This questions probably been poppin up before... maybe i'm not using the right key words for the search there... anyone know the estimate/exact weight of the KA24's and the SR20DET's?? or a link that can get me any kind of engine weight listing??

how are you going to mount the motor into the 240? you will need to find a oil pan that is basically, OPPOSITE of the oem oil pan, and a oil filter relocator. your better off selling your s13, and using that money to buy an fc, coilovers, and maybe a tranny. then just get the motor from there. btw, granny speed sports and hinson supercars make kits for the fc.

I dont know the exact wieght of the two but its not a real big difference. Its around 3 - 4 pounds wieght differance or something.

Are you doing something that requires knowing the right wieght? I wouldnt see it as a big deal cuz its only a few pounds but if so theres a web site. Just search and you'll find it.
