Looking to get one of those universal diagnostic tools for my stepfather for Christmas. Any input on which one is the best for about 150.00, best place to buy, etc.? Yeah I know I can go to pepboys and find it but just want some feedback on it and I'm always looking for a bargain(which is why I own a 240)

you don't need one..your ecu has one built in..check FSM for Codes and how to read it.
