Couple coats of krylon primer and then a couple coats of krylon flat white. You can buy them at shucks for about 4-5 dollars a can.

make sure to prep it by THOROUGHLY CLEANING the trim with alchohol or some strong cleaner/ degreaser of sorts.  If you have armorall on there, the paint will NOT STICK.

You've been warned!!
good luck!

make sure you paint it in a clean area.  i did mine in a garage and i cant tell you how many times i had to redue some pieces because of the dirt in the air.

One time a small gnat flew in front of my paint can and he got stuck on one of my interior pieces and that piece was almost done...just watch out for them bugs! and get ready for a big headache

Use flat white and not gloss white. Primer is not really necessary. But I think you should spray one or two coat of clearcoat though. And like Ace said, clean the piece well.

If you can, take the piece off your car to spray. Try not to mask stuff.

The last thing I want to say is don't spray the plastic trim on the outside of the cluster gauges white. During a sunny day, the trim can produce a very nasty glare and make it hard to read your gauges. Oh, and basically anything you spray that will be horizontally positioned will produce a glare on your windshield.
