Steering Hesitation

So recently, i've install Polyurethane sway bar bushings. Went out for a test drive and everything was swell. I did the whole racecar "tire warming" manuever, swerving side to side and everything was good.

Now today, i did the "tire warming" swerving and i get a hesitation when i steer right. Left is normal, then i steer right and about 1/8th of a turn I get resistance, then it pops back into normal. Anyone have expierence with this?

let me know if you find out what's causing this, cause i have the same problem. mine comes and goes. i've replaced all ball joints and bushings and still nothing has helped. might be the rack and pinion.
