turboing my 240sx (ka24de)

hey guys i was lookin to get some info on what you guys may have used before as far as turbo kits go. i know that going cheap is not the BEST thing to do. ive talked to AMS Performance and they have told me that as long as the KA passes compression and leakdown test ok that the ka can handle 300hp on stock internals now please keep in mind im not even lokking for that much.
heres a list of what i want to get out of it.

1)i want it to get good gas mileage when driven regularly. (250mile to the tank.)
2)on low boost i want 225whp and on high i want 250 to 275 but atleast 250whp on high boost.
3)i dont want to swap it for an sr so dont tell me SWAP IT! thats not the answer i want if im gonna swap its gonna be for an rb26 NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
