Yes.

You need TT hubs and axles though.

Z32 TT is an R230...physically TOO LARGE to fit an S14 subframe, for a 'bolt on' deal.

FWIW.

The Z32 R230 is not a direct bolt in but there is a better option which is to use the Q45 R200 which uses the same beefy axles as the Z32 TT but comes housed in a R200 for you...

If you decide to go this route I got some Z32TT/Q45 rear 5 lug hubs for $60 shipped that will work with the TT and Q45 axles.

Good for what and good in what way? There are a lot of F-body 6-speed guys out there running 4.10 and even 4.56 gears. Don't forget that tire size and transmission ratios play a role in this decision. I don't feel that you can just say a certain ratio is good for an LS1...much too general of a statement.

I'm running a J30 right now and am planning on trying out a 4.36 in my LS1 S14 once I swap out the cam/valvetrain and gain a little more rev.

LS1 usually means T56 behind it, which has double overdrive - so yeah, he's right.
