Before you say CHICAGO HAS TOUGH GUN LAWS.

Chicago is very close to Indiana and Wisconsin. I'm sure you know & love that both of those states have VERY lax gun laws.
Wait, so Chicago's gun problem is Wisconisons fault? That's a new one. Is it their fault too that their government is almost bankrupt? Where does the blame stop?

Ever live in an apartment? If your next door neighbors don’t keep clean and get roaches, you get roaches too (there aren’t even any physical barriers between Chicago and Indiana).

But you are right numbers don’t lie. 70% of the time numbers are right 100% of the time.

So that's why Gary and South Bend have drug and gang problems.

But once again, how is it Indiana and Wisconsin's fault Chicago is a shit show? They are the ones spreading roaches.

Buh buh buh buh what about unicorns!!!!
Talking about Chicago and where guns come from, not Gary Southbend.
The general problem with large American cities is a lack of urban planning, cities are not designed in ways that increase their sustainability and become better as they grow larger. That is due to not fully effective development laws (Houston floods on sunny days full of development in flood areas) and the non investment in public services. Cities keep the poor trapped in city centers, without a car in many cities, well paying suburban jobs are difficult to get. Democrats are certainly as corrupt as any other politicians are but a central tenant of democratic policy is not to reduce taxes that pay for public services.
MDs rep gov repaved roads in western Maryland and cut funding to a rail service for the west side of Baltimore that would have served tens of thousands who work at social security (and others). Just poor planning.

Why? Who's fault is that? What evidence supports a cause / effect relationship. How about move?

Why is that? Who makes those laws and why haven't they? What are they doing with all that money they get? Last I checked big cities are notorious for an abundance of bureaucracy and laws regarding development.

How do they trap them? Are there walls and guards? Why can't they get a $1000 car or a $350 scooter or a $25 bicycle? Why don't they leave the city? I'd Hazzard a guess that rural poor need a car more then the urban poor, they somehow manage.

Okay... That's also code for "need to protect thier cronnie supporters, the city unions and workers"

Uh huh... So the Governor made sure those paying taxes had roads to get to work. If rail service to Westside Baltimore is in such hot demand, it should be a profitable endeavor, are private companies lining up to seize the opportunity?

You've listed a bunch of excuses, not actual root causes.
