Not really, unless you want to buy some really expensive Wilwood setup or something like that. I ran an s13 for w/ 30mm z32 up front and stock rear for an entire year, autocrossing twice a week. Then I upgraded to slotted rotors in the back w/ EBC green pads, and once they were heated up, HOOOOOOOLLLLYYYY SHIT.

Don't worry about the calipers, such a small percentage of your braking is done in the rear anyway. If you want a WAY better response from the rear brakes, look at some upgraded rotors/pads. Done and done.
