s13 rim ,tire and alignment

hey i was woundering what are the best off set numbers for this rim size front 17 by 8, rear 17 by 9 and also what about tire size and then a good 4 wheel alignment spec for a s13

Keep the offset on the front below +30 or will rub coilovers. On the rear +10 looks good if you want a real stretched tire 215/40 17 slight stretch 225/40 17
