Would you separate just the 300ZX 30mm aluminum calipers?

No, the calipers come as a kit with the Cobra brake kit. That the whole point of the kit. You can get the calipers from autozone for roughly $250-300, which is why the kit is such a good deal, for an extra 200 bux you have a kit equal to thousand dollar brake kits.
