i think i gotcha. So the +12V "signal" and the ground from the fan controller basically "switch on" the relay.....which connects the fan to the power source
i wired mine up so that it has a constant (+) supply, and the ground is being switched through the relay (with a fuse inline)
any adverse effects to having it wired this way?
