awd drifting sucks. i dont think its cool at all. rwd or gtfo.

you guys seriously gotta drift with the same tires in order to tandem well. the highest quality tire you can use is limited to your power level.

keep that in mind.

anyway, i havent been on in a couple days. just hit up HTM for the very first time. really havent had that much fun drifting since the first time i went.

it all depends on the power and tires. i tend to run sports hard or sports medium, where as others run comfort soft..? i used to have a problem doing tandem runs. then i either adapted to comfort soft or detuned my power.

what tires are you running?

^sports hard with 426hp

yeah, trying to tandem with someone in an awd car is impossible. they get way too much angle and go too slow. last night i made a room and even wrote (no awd) but people were still using gtr's.

i feel like i'm the only one to initiates a drift from the end of the pit lane using the ebrake. eveyone else either brakedrifts later or do a full swing.

Sooooo slow! First place dude has a 1:04:9xx and I hot lapped for an hour and the best I could get was a 1:06:5xx.

I was doing legit 4 car tandemz with some random dudes online. It was so sick. We were going for like an hour and my tires were still about 3/4 full.

I'm up to 25 A-spec and 24 B-spec. About to start doing some B-spec Endurance races while I'm at work (just going to leave the ps3 on and see what happens).

I've finally got enough money to go back and buy some of the more midrange jap. cars that I've always wanted to own but school kept me from. Z33 TT, S2k, stuff like that.

Just splurged on the Procammer mustang or whatever that was a SEMA purchase on this game too. It's beautiful!

GD I cant wait to get back to the states and start playing GT5. I'm going to be so behind everyone else though, its going to be rediculous. That's just my luck though; the game would finally come out while I'm deployed.

It's easy. Just buy the ZR1 and buy the race modifications thingy from the GT Auto and tune it.

Watch this video. It reaallly helps. Once you get in first, just block them on the straights cause they gain on your ass so fast.

GT Academy is no joke. Can't hang with all the steering wheel users.

Drifting with the Skyline Sedan 370gt (G37 sedan) is pretty cool.

And those drift challenges are bullshit. Sometimes I do some sweet entries and perfect follow through and get like 300 pts. Other times I'll totally fuck up, understeer and get 2000 pts.
