take a metal hammer (no pussy rubber shit) and smack the knuckle where the tie rod is attached
do that a few times and then give the tie rod a good light tap on the top and it should pop out good luck, because sometimes it just doesn't come out at all. i had to pull the whole knuckle off the car and take it to a shop. acetylene torch, puller and a huge hammer and 30 minutes later, the master mech finally got it to pop out. it was actually on fire when it came out. |

no. you hammer the knuckle - the thing that the tie rod is stuck in
hammer that alot from the sides, all around the vibrations shake the tie rod loose ![]() then tap the tie rod from the top lightly and it will pop out |

like i said, sometimes it just wont come out
dont be afraid to beat the living shit out of it worst comes to worst, pull the knuckle off and get a ride to a garage. give the shop mech 20 bucks to do it. acetylene torch ftw |

take the nut that was holding the tie rod on, and thread it back on a bit (like 3 turns), then wail on the nut. That way you wont fuck up the threads.....been there.....FUCKIN HEADACHE!

240s can always be "fixed." Just need to have everything done right. If you track your car, you are bound to have things break all the time which is why you need quality parts that can handle the abuse. There was a thread that pictured the one you have installed on your car and it does not look good.
