S13/S14 intake differences?

This has more than likely been posted before, but the fact that the search hasn't worked for me pretty much all week, I have to ask.

I need to know whether and aftermarket S14(KA) intake will fit or not or if would be workable with a '91 S13(KA)? It is to my understanding that the cold air extention for the two are the same, but am concerned about whether the main piping is workable or wont fit at all.

So if anyone could help me, that would be super. I have someone waiting on me with a great deal on an S14 cold air intake system.

I am sure it does, but if you want one for a S13, let me know.

Thanks. I may talk to you in the near future about that.

As for the question, does anyone know for sure?

The S13 has an extra port on the battery side for a resonator, you should delete it anyway. It also may have a port on the MAF adapter for the IAV intake hose, again something you should toss. So yes, it will work fine, the only issue you may have is the MAF adapter might be chassis specific and not line up to the S13 MAF.

OK, thanks for the extra input. I think for the price, it may just be worth it to try, even if it doesn't want to fit properly.
