If you Love JDM Brews you should Try Hitachino Red Rice ale, 7% abv and i think its brewed and fermented in a similar fashion to sake (i haven't try the lighter ale on the left, looks similar to Sapporo or Asahi doh)

I had a hitachino espresso stout awhile back and it was pretty good.
Right now I'm drinking a obovoid oak aged oatmeal stout, its pretty dope.
In case you haven't noticed, I love stouts.
