I have a question for you guys. I'm looking at buying some xxr 527 17x9.75 +25 all around that have 205/40/17 on them. I don't have coilovers yet just kybs and lowering springs. I was wondering if they clear those struts f+r. I've heard they won't clear coils front with out a spacer but would they fit with kybs? Also do you guys think these skinny 205 on a 9.75 will look dumb if I'm not slammed just lowered on springs? Thanks

It will fit but it will look really dumb unless you are super low.

Looking at some work sp1s for my s13. Guessing the O face will work in the back with 300zx brakes and do I have to run the R face in front or can i get something less like the A?
Thanks |

^^^You pretty much need a R-face rim if you upgraded or plan on upgrading your front brakes to anything larger than a Q45. Z32, R-chassis brakes will need the BBK faces.

recently bought cosmis 17x9 +10 wheels. from what i previously read they should fit fine. but im greedy and want a wider wheel. so i was looking into a 18x9.5 +15 set up front and a 18x10.5 +20 in the rear. it shouldnt take THAT much to make fit but i want to know how much it would take on a stock body s13 with fortuneauto coils.

QUESTION:
I am wanting to run a 18x9.5 +0 wheel on the front of an s14. How hard would this be to execute, I will run as much camber as needed since I plan on maxing it out. Would a 215/40 become too stretched on a x9.5 ? |

It should fit fine with about 5 degrees of camber and I would recommend 215/35 in the front if you plan on being super low.
Here's an example of 18x9.5-3 and 215/35r18 ![]() A little too much poke for my taste, so it should look better with +0 and a little bit more camber. I think 5 or 6 degrees would be perfect.

Are you married to that size / et? The reason I ask is because you're giving up a bit of room inboard... On a 10" wide wheel, you should have something close to zero offset or even a little positive offset. Since you're asking about 9.5" wheels and I assume coilovers around 60mm diameter springs; let me share my experience with 18x9.5's and 265's up front: I had to push out to around a +17 to clear the rim on coilovers with 65mm diameter springs. And fwiw, 265's look a little stretched on a 9.5 IMO. If you have the option, either go wider wheel or less aggressive offset. It's even worse in the rear - if you want to run a square setup. I think I remember reading another member in the max tire thread could get 12" wide et +20 and 335/30/18's in the back of an s13 with no spacer. *i just realized you were asking about s14, so you might have another 5mm inboard up front because of the knuckles? (Sorry fuzzy memory here. ) Anyway, good luck! Test fit if possible before purchasing, and report back here to let us know how it works out for you.

Instancez and Black R thank you for the input.
I would run a 215/35 up front but I do no want to break my body kit right away, I have a pretty stiff suspension setup 10/9k to keep me from rubbing up front too much . So would a 215/40 be too tall and rub with 5 degrees of camber and my car being really low? Correct me because I think I'm wrong , but wouldnt that much camber keep me from hitting the top of my wheel wells since the wheels will not travel straight up instead at an angle when I hit a bump for example? |

Picked up some 18x9.5+30 with 225/40's all around.. I have an s13 hatch with tein super drifts. All fenders rolled no pull. The rears fit perfect but I haven't had the opportunity to test the front. Will they clear the coil overs or do I need to run spacers?

Front will probably need some 15mm bolt-ons.

18x10+9 front, 18x11+9 rear. Doable on S14 with stock metal? Front seems really possible, but idk about rear.

The rear could be doable with 235/40r18 tires and about 7 degrees of camber (ridiculous). Or you would need a big ass pull in the rear if you wanted normal tires/camber, which may require a body shop unless you have experience.

Would an 18x9 +15 squared setup for an s14 require any roll or pull of fenders if I were to have it flush with the metal? No tucking. If not, what sizes would work without having to roll and pull? Going to be buying FA 500, or stance coils if that matters. Preferred not to have spacers also. Thanks for the help guys

So.. did some math and I am pretty sure I am correct but not 100% so thought I would ask on here since i couldnt really find posts relating exactly to what I am looking for.
Its all custom sizing and rims. S14 Zenki, rear 40mm overfender. Rear rims: 17x9 -50 Will this setup fit with about -1.0 camber?

Hey would a 17x8 +38 rim with 235/45/17 tires all round work on a 89 240sx without spacers, pulling? Gonna eventually get flares/overfemders, but would this setup work with un rolled, pulled, etc fenders? Thanks!

^ Yes, I had 17x8 +30 rims with 225+ sizes and they work with stock metal without roll or pull depending how low you are. If you lower it, you may have to roll your fenders but thats about it.

Looking to run 18x9.5 +0 up front and 18x11 -1 in the rear. My question is how the fitment will be in the rear on a stock body s14 I don't want to run a ridiculous amount of camber. I know the fronts will fit fine, thanks.
